If a cricket match is officially abandoned, suspended without a result, or declared a No Result before the minimum number of overs required for a valid match result, most BetQQ match bets are voided and stakes are returned in full to your account. On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address or Pakistan mobile number. You'll receive a reset link by email or an OTP by SMS. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. Follow the instructions to set a new password. Login to BetQQ, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. You will need to verify your Pakistan mobile number if you haven't already. Once 2FA is active, every login requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile.
