BetQQ Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BetQQ ("the Platform", "we", "us"), the operator of betqq.click. By accessing or using any part of the BetQQ platform — including its sportsbook, casino, card games, live cricket section, or VIP Club — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

BetQQ is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and transactions are processed through locally available payment methods. These Terms apply to all BetQQ products and services unless a specific product has additional terms stated separately at the point of play.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the BetQQ platform immediately. BetQQ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To access BetQQ's betting and gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is free. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your time on BetQQ.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use BetQQ. Underage gambling is prohibited. BetQQ may request proof of age at any point and reserves the right to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one BetQQ account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BetQQ will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to protect your login information.
• You must notify BetQQ immediately at support@betqq.click if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• BetQQ may request identity verification documents (CNIC, utility bill, or other government-issued identification) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

BetQQ processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your BetQQ wallet immediately for mobile wallet transactions (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers and card payments may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing institution. The minimum deposit amount on BetQQ is Rs 500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to the method's withdrawal capabilities. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times:

• Platinum VIP members: within 4 hours on business days
• Gold VIP members: same-day processing on business days
• Standard accounts: within 24–48 business hours

BetQQ reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance. Withdrawals may be delayed if your identity verification is incomplete. BetQQ does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

BetQQ offers bonuses and promotional rewards including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP cashback. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all BetQQ promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real funds through wagering activity.
• BetQQ reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for their stated duration unless the promotion was triggered by a technical error.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, placing conflicting bets to lock in bonus value, or any other form of systematic exploitation — will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and possible account closure.
• VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses in a defined calendar period. Cashback is credited as real funds with no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific VIP tier offer.

All sports bets placed on BetQQ are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are available in the help section of the BetQQ sportsbook.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum bet on BetQQ is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of placement.
• BetQQ reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result was already known at the time of placement, or where odds were clearly incorrect due to a system error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. BetQQ cannot guarantee in-play betting availability for all events. Connectivity or technical issues during in-play betting are the player's responsibility — BetQQ is not liable for bets not placed due to internet disruptions on the player's end.
• In the event of a tie or draw where this was not offered as a betting market, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in the BetQQ help centre.
• Events abandoned or not completed within the defined time period will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined by the relevant governing body.

Quick Bet Rules Summary

BetQQ's casino section includes live dealer games, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Poker, and other card and table games. The following rules apply across all casino products on BetQQ.

All casino games operate with a house edge. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage and house edge for each game are available in the game's information panel. BetQQ does not manipulate RTP outside of the game's stated parameters. RNG-based (non-live) games are produced by verified third-party game studios and are audited for fairness.

Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand, the hand in progress will be completed and settled according to the cards dealt. If a disconnection prevents the hand from being completed, the round may be voided and stakes returned. BetQQ is not responsible for disruptions caused by the player's internet connection.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each game table before joining.
• Decisions made during a game are final once confirmed. Errors made by the player (such as selecting the wrong bet or wrong chip denomination) are the player's responsibility.
• Dealer errors in live games will be corrected if identified within the same round. Errors identified after a round has been settled may be reviewed but BetQQ's decision is final.

The BetQQ VIP Club operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wager volume in a rolling calendar month. The wager thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP Club section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

VIP benefits — including cashback percentages, reload bonuses, withdrawal priority, and account manager access — are outlined per tier in the VIP Club section. BetQQ reserves the right to modify VIP benefits or tier thresholds with reasonable notice to affected members. Cashback amounts are calculated at the end of each qualifying period and credited within 48 hours.

BetQQ operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating, collusion, match-fixing, and any form of betting fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the BetQQ platform:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, Teen Patti, or other multiplayer games.
• Match manipulation — betting on events where you have inside knowledge of a fixed result.
• Automated betting software — use of bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or gain an advantage over other players.
• Exploiting technical errors — knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or system glitches to generate winnings.
• Money laundering — using BetQQ to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of illegal activity. BetQQ reports suspicious financial activity as required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Identity fraud — registering with false identity information, using another person's payment method, or circumventing BetQQ's verification procedures.

BetQQ's risk and compliance team monitors all accounts and betting activity. If your account is flagged for any of the above, BetQQ may freeze your account while an investigation is conducted. During this period, withdrawals will be suspended. Investigation outcomes are final at BetQQ's discretion.

You may close your BetQQ account at any time by contacting support@betqq.click. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (minus any applicable pending bonus wager requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time for your tier.

BetQQ reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspicious or fraudulent betting or financial activity
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure

Where an account is closed by BetQQ due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from breaching activity may be forfeited. BetQQ will only return funds that were deposited legitimately and are not connected to the breach.

BetQQ is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be entertainment. BetQQ provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your BetQQ account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session loss limits — set a maximum loss amount per casino or card game session.
• Cool-off periods — take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from betting and gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from BetQQ for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request.

BetQQ will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your account password is stored in encrypted form and is never accessible in plain text to BetQQ staff.

BetQQ's final decision on disputes is binding subject to applicable law.

BetQQ provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. BetQQ is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• Losses caused by a player's failure to log out of a shared device
• Losses caused by reliance on incorrect information provided by the player during registration
• Technical delays in bet placement caused by the player's device or browser

In all cases, BetQQ's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BetQQ in relation to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

By registering an account or using any BetQQ service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. BetQQ's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
